Dr Evelyn Pritchard received a Masters and Doctors degree in Nutritional Science from International College, Los Angeles, California. She was Director of Home Economics for fifteen years at a residential home for emotionally disturbed children. Her nutritional diet for improving the physical and emotional health of children served as a model for other institutions.
