Shipping policy
If your order is missing or delayed, or there is an issue with an order you have already received, please refer to the Refund Policy.
Dispatch time for items from the warehouse is generally 3 to 4 working days.
Delivery time depends on the courier and postal services. Within the UK, please allow 10 working days before inquiring about a delayed order. Outside of the UK, please allow 20 working days.
When you place an order, you will receive an email to confirm that the order has been placed and payment received. [Please note, if your order was placed through the Training Institute request forms or the wholesale view, your confirmation email may take up to 48 hours to arrive and will contain information about how to pay for your order (if relevant).] Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a separate email which will contain a link to view your order on the website, as well as a tracking number for your order (if you are using a tracked delivery option).
