Change of mind
If you made an error when placing your order or have changed your mind, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return request is confirmed, you will have an additional 14 days to return the item. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. A refund will be issued after we receive the returned item and confirm that it is in good condition.
Lost or delayed order
If your order is lost or delayed, please get in touch. For shipments within the United Kingdom, we will attempt to track the order and, in most cases, offer a replacement if the order is lost. For shipments outside the United Kingdom, please note that we are unable to assist with untracked orders. Additionally, if you provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, Bahá'í Books UK cannot take responsibility for the lost or delayed order.
Incorrect item
If the item you receive does not match the description on the website, Bahá'í Books UK will issue a refund, provided you notify us within 14 days of receipt. Please include a picture and a detailed description of the issue.
Damaged item
If you receive a damaged item, Bahá'í Books UK will offer a replacement if you notify us within 14 days of receipt. Please include a picture and a detailed description of the issue.
