A book with a great beneficial impact conducted by Dr. Shahpour Rassekh. Edited to commemorate the centennial of the Abdu'l-Bahá's journey to the West. It is divided in two parts: life and personality of 'Abdu'l-Bahá and his vision and wisdom. Twelve articles written by ten bahá'í writers. This book is not only aimed at publicising 'Abdu'l-Bahá personality, but also to provide information about his writing, thoughts and social philosophy.

     The book has - according to `Abdu´l-Bahā´s appeal for unity and international peace and His personality - two main parts within 400 pages.   

     Part one describes in five chapters the life and character of `Abdu´l-Bahā´. 

     The first article is written by Nosratollah Mohammad-Hussein, a known historian with the title: “An overview about the life of “`Abdu´l-Bahā´. The second article treats His works and is written by Mr. Vahid Rafati, a   scholarly researcher.

     Mr. Hooshmand Fatheazam wrote an annotation about the literary style of `Abdu´l-Bahā´s writings. The last article was written by Baher Forghani and is about `Abdu´l-Bahā´s journey to the West.

     The second part consists of eight articles. The first article – written by Behrooz Sabet - is about `Abdu´l-Bahā´s epistemology.

     The second article is written by Hooshang Khazrai and  shows the ontological subjects in the writings of `Abdu´l-Bahā´. Khazrai explains also in the next article the philosophy and concept of Love by `Abdu´l-Bahā´.  

     In the third article Iraj Aiman described the opinions of `Abdu´l-Bahā´s about parenting and education.  

     The next article is also written by Mohammad-Hosseini, where he described `Abdu´l-Bahā´s view on the importance of education and spiritual virtues for the disintegration of crime in society. 

     Hooshang Rafat wrote about the development of Bahai institutions during the time of `Abdu´l-Bahā´. The most important political and social events during the time of `Abdu´l-Bahā are collected in the last article by Shapour Rassekh.

     The entire book gives in depth information about an important period of Bahai History.
