Ruhi Book 8 Unit 3
The Lesser Covenant is the major theme explored in The Covenant of Bahá'u'lláh.
There are currently three units, which are distributed separately. You are warmly encouraged to order all three of them when you begin your study of this book.
Unit 3: The Universal House of Justice
In this unit participants explore such concepts as the Universal House of Justice, its infallibility and the way in which it guides humanity on the path towards the World Order conceived by Bahá'u'lláh; the institution of the Spiritual Assembly; Bahá'í consultation and decision-making; the relationship between the individual and the institutions; Bahá'í elections; the institution of the Mashriqu'l-Adhkár; the institution of Huqúqu'lláh; the Divine Plan; crisis and victory; the institution of the Hands of the Cause; the institution of the Counsellors; universal participation; freedom from a priesthood; and obedience.

How to request Institute materials?
All orders for training institute materials must be placed using the available forms (click on your region - either 'England', 'Northern Ireland', 'Scotland', or 'Wales') and will be checked on behalf of the (relevant) Training Institute Board. If you are paying for the materials, you should receive an invoice within 2 working-days after placing your order.
Training Institute materials are made available fully subsidised. You may also choose to make a contribution to their costs. See here for shipping rates.
If you live outside the UK please contact your training institute board or National Spiritual Assembly for information on how to procure materials, since we do not distribute outside the UK.
