The relationship between material means and spiritual principles that govern a truly prosperous society is the major theme of Material Means, which is still under development by the Ruhi Institute.
There are currently only two units available for this book, which are distributed separately. You are warmly encouraged to order both of them when you begin your study of this book.
Unit 1: The Spiritual Basis of Prosperity
The first unit focuses on the attributes of a generous heart. Participants begin by exploring wealth as a concept, including the appropriate acquisition and expenditure of wealth. They then explore qualities related to generosity such as purity; love; detachment; freedom from greed and envy; forgiveness and forbearance; munificence; justice; and sacrifice.

How to request Institute materials?
All orders for training institute materials must be placed using the available forms (click on your region - either 'England', 'Northern Ireland', 'Scotland', or 'Wales') and will be checked on behalf of the (relevant) Training Institute Board. If you are paying for the materials, you should receive an invoice within 2 working-days after placing your order.
Training Institute materials are made available fully subsidised. You may also choose to make a contribution to their costs. See here for shipping rates.
If you live outside the UK please contact your training institute board or National Spiritual Assembly for information on how to procure materials, since we do not distribute outside the UK.
