The Calm Coordinator’s Guide: A Communal Approach to Learning Meditation provides an easy to follow, step by step guidebook that will help new Coordinators start CALM meditation courses and assist them to take learners through the rudiments of meditation to the ability to meditate on their own. 

The Guide needs to use in conjunction with The Calm Handbook which needs to be ordered separately.

The writings of all spiritual traditions affirm to us that human beings have a most wondrous potential – a capacity to be filled with spiritual qualities and insights, which in turn will enable us to live our lives more fully and meaningfully: the capacity for meditation.
